Have some spare time? Volunteer at our thriving community hub to meet new people, learn new skills and gain valuable experience. You’ll be supporting Inspire’s crucial community work and helping out your neighbours, while having loads of fun at the same time.
Volunteering can even be life-changing. Many of our volunteers discover new skills and passions, and some have gone on to paid employment elsewhere. Some of them are even paid to work here!

What opportunities are there for volunteers at Levenshulme Inspire?
There are lots of ways you can get involved at Levenshulme Inspire, so it’s easy to find something that suits your needs, schedule and skills. For example:
- Helping in the Inspire café
- Helping out on the reception/admin
- Supporting activities for older people with the Inspire Taskforce
- Packing The Bread and Butter Thing food bags for local people
- Helping keep the gardens tidy/Harvest fruit & veggies for the cafe kitchen
- Supporting one off family events
Full training and support will be provided – we’ll be on hand to help, every step of the way.
