Give us a call on 0161 850 5717 to find out more. This includes a full range of services perfect for small businesses, including highly affordable permanent office space, plus event, meeting and consultation rooms for hire.

We offer high-speed broadband, low cost printing facilities and there’s even a brilliant cafe on site for coffee, lunch and informal meetings.

Permanent Office Space

Our Permanent Office suites comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 desks, which can be taken by a single or by multiple organisations. All suites are lockable and only accessible by those working from each suite.

The office spaces are open from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours access can be provided for Permanent Office tenants.

  • Printing, photocopying and scanning facility
  • Water tower
  • Use of staff kitchen facilities (permanent office tenants)

Our normal prices for permanent offices are £200 per month per desk, but please call for a more detailed discussion of your needs.
