The Inspire Business Centre offers a wide range of facilities and services for small businesses, including highly affordable permanent office space, hassle-free hot-desking, and event meeting or consultation rooms for hire. Our Business Centre has high speed broadband and low cost printing facilities and a cafe on site.

The permanent Office Suites and hassle-free hot-desking Suite provide a creative hub for aspiring individuals and organisations to escape the isolation of working from home, and take advantage of a warm, comfortable and professional working environment.

Permanent Office Space
The Permanent Office suites house between 2 and 3 desks, which can be taken by a single or by multiple organisations. All suites are lockable and only accessible by those working from each suite.
The office spaces are open from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturday. Out of hours access can be provided for Permanent Office tenants.

Our normal prices for permanent offices are £200 per month per desk and £50 per month for hot desk membership but please call or drop in for a more detailed discussion of your needs.

At Inspire we can offer full catering and room hire packages for the events your business needs to hold. With free Wifi throughout the building, ICT-ready meeting and function rooms and an on-site café we can support a full range of corporate events.
