Inspire Is Recruiting!

Inspire Is Recruiting!

The Levenshulme Inspire Partnership is going from strength to strength. Since the Inspire Centre first opened in November 2010, it has become a vibrant hub for residents of Levenshulme and South Gorton and made a significant contribution to the growing sense of community confidence in the neighbourhood. From its renowned older people’s programme to the many activities that support community cohesion and inclusion, Inspire’s ambition to unlock individual potential and community empowerment can now be seen in action every day.

As we enter a new phase of our development we are recruiting three core team members who will build on our reputation for a people-centred approach to community activity and service provision.

Centre Director
Part-time (21 hours per week)
£30,000 (£18,000 pro rata)
Inspire is looking to recruit an inspirational leader who will sustain the vision and values that have come to characterise Inspire’s work, maintain our high quality building and service provision, increase revenue generation and fund-raising, and embed our new Centre Welcome Team.

Centre Welcome Team
Inspire is looking for two new recruits to join our Buildings Manager to form a new centre welcome team:

Support Manager
Part-time (21 hours per week)
£17,500 (£10,500 pro rata)
This member of the team will have particular responsibility offering information, advice, guidance and support to more vulnerable centre users and training other staff and volunteers to do the same.

Bookings Manager
Part-time (21 hours per week)
£17,500 (£10,500 pro rata)
This member of the team will have particular responsibility for attracting and supporting room and events bookings and running our CRM and bookings management system.
