It would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:
- the date of your event
- timings of your event
- how many people will be attending
- what will be going on
- how you would like the room laid out
- whether you want catering
Once we have the outline details for your event we will send you through some costings. If you are happy to proceed, we ask you to e-mail back the booking proposal to us with confirmation that you approve it.
